CONNECTION-BASED APPROACH

Whole Body Support That Makes a Difference

LARGE GROUP WORKSHOP (15+ PEOPLE)

From businesses to universities, this workshop teaches the basics to any group on how to optimize mental health through food and movement.

1-2 hour workshop includes:

  • How to identify and assist those in a mental health crisis

  • Tangible solutions to ease symptoms of anxiety and depression through natural remedies, including herbal supplements and exercises

  • A 30 minute movement (breathing exercises and a workout) tailored to your group's needs/goals

  • Full-size samples of products mentioned that can help ease symptoms of anxiety and depression (worth up to $80/bag!)

  • Option for a food demo and tasty lunch treats (at extra cost)

  • A takeaway ebook with key points from the workshop

  • Q&A

SMALL GROUP WORKSHOP (LESS THAN 15 PEOPLE)

Interested in getting a little deeper? Booking a small group workshop allows us to create more personalized content to address your health concerns. Good for families, friends and businesses alike.


Your 1-3 hour workshop includes:

  • Personalized presentation on how to address stress and anxiety 

  • 30-45 minute exercise class with breathing exercises and stretching

  • Food and recipe demonstration—learn to prepare snacks that feel good for your body and brain

  • One-on-one coaching session with either Catrina (Personal Trainer & Health Coach) or Janette (Nutritionist) *optional*
