The Connection Project aims to create a dialog around mental health and provide you with the resources needed to reduce the symptoms of stress, anxiety and depression so that you can feel your best every day. 

Our workshops are created with you in mind. We personalize every workshop to ensure the movement and nutrition portions are geared specifically to what your group needs.

1-2 hour workshop includes:
How to identify and assist those in a mental health crisis
Tangible solutions to ease symptoms of anxiety and depression through natural remedies, including herbal supplements and exercises
A 30 minute movement (breathing exercises and a workout) tailored to your group's needs/goals
